"In a worn summer dress and muddy high top sneakers, Grace walked alone through the weeds of a big open meadow - one that was sprinkled with strange metal and hard-edged, yet bright and cheery flowers. Some were tall and slender with amazing little cogs on top. Others were shorter and tougher with gears of spikes.
